My name is Cynthia and I live in Folsom, California. I am originally from Massachusetts and lived and worked there as well as in Connecticut and Las Vegas for many years, but I have made Northern California my forever home. Folsom, California is an absolutely beautiful place to live, especially if you love to spend time outdoors and on beautiful walking, running and biking trails!

I have my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and am certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I have over 22 years of experience in the corporate world and have owned a mentoring company since 2011.
Health and Fitness have been part of my life for well over 30 years. I am a marathoner, love to dance, and I’m passionate about weight training. People ask me all the time how I stay so consistent in my fitness. The key is I have found what I love to do so I look forward to doing it each day! I also make it a non-negotiable; that I make it part of my daily life. I create a schedule and exercise program that works best for me.

As a personal trainer, I understand that each person has a different history, a different story, and motivation level. I believe by working on both a client’s mindset along with fitness is the key for a lifetime of healthy, fit habits.

I will help you become your personal best by achieving optimum emotional and physical health through my personal training. I help you understand that the only competition you have is yourself and I will design the perfect program that fits into what you need and within your lifestyle. My programs are customized to your needs and wants!
